24 year old male with schermanns

hey all im 24 from the south east recently diagnosed with shermans and looking to find what it is

lucky but unlucky i was involved in a car crash last year that ended up having back xrays and was told i have this disease , i have demanded to see a back specialist and this is going to happen about time ! the problem is it will not be for a few months

the pain is often bad and if i try to straiten up i can hear/feel clicking in my spine , what i would like to know is a rough gestermate at my degree of curve and the chances of sergery i am rather overweight but am working on this down from 24stone to 19 stone in 9 months and still dropping but feal this is making my curve worse / more obveous any way i have added some photos any help would be really really helpful as the doctors dont really know what it is so im clueless thanks
