And I hope I am doing it roght this time. After my ACDF surgery the Navy sent me to this fly by nigjt physical therapist contracted at an urgent care facility that had never dealt with a neck patient, needless to say it was a waist of time an he almost really hurt me once cause he tried to talk me into traction.
Anyway, this time I sat with my military doctor and made th screen for a physical therapy place that is not only well respected but also specializes in spine patients. I have been looking over their website for a while now and I am excited at what it "seems" like they can achieve (granted on site reviews may not always be true but I can find nothing negative via google). And oddly enough (at least I think it is off) most of their therapists have doctorate degrees in physical therapy and specialized certs in specific areas (such as spine, feet, knees, etc).
I hope they can get me in workin orded unlike the quak the Navy sent me to before. Counting down the days (the 24th is also the first day I get to quit wearing my minerva brace and the first day I get to start back driving).
