Grade 1 Retrolisthesis at L5-S1

I just received the transcript of an x-ray that I had right after my slip and fall injury. In addition to compressing my T11, T12 and L1 vertebrae, I also suffered a 4mm posterior displacement of L5-S1. Does anyone have any experience with this type of displacement. I understand it is not as common. I have been having trouble walking, hip pain etc. Also, I read that a Grade 1 Retrolisthesis displacement can heal by realigning the vertebrae. Has anyone done this non-surgically. What was the treatment. Your input would be appreciated.
