What is the best position to sleep in and reduce back pain ?
I was diagnosed with DDD one month ago (bulging at L4/5 and protrusion at L5/S1), and yesterday I read an article on the best positions for back pain. They say that sleeping on the back with a pillow under the knees is the best.
Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me.
This morning, when I got up the pain was worst than when I sleep on the side.
Please share with me you opinion and experience...
