I hope that you find your time here very rewarding. The Spine-Health main site has detailed medical articles and videos that cover almost every spinal condition and treatment. In addition, they provide details on how to deal with day to day activities after spinal surgery. As an extra bonus, you have these patient forums where you have the opportunity to 'talk' to other members who can easily understand you situation and have walked the walk.

It is always helpful that new members provide more information about themselves so that it will be easier for other members to respond to questions.

    - How long has this been going on? (You answered 10 years)
    - How did it start? Accident? Trauma?
    - What doctors have you seen?
    - What diagnostic tests have you had and what were their results?
    - What medications have you been on and on right now?
    - What type of treatments have you already had?
    - What are you doing right now in terms of helping with your situation?

So many of us have been dealing with stenosis for many years. Take a look at this article Spinal Stenosis
