c5 disc replacement

Hello, im new to the site. I just had c5 disc replacement surgery done on March 5th. Went home from the hospital the next day. Pain was tough and it was very hard to swallow. However Im moving forward and the numbness/pain in my right arm is gone! Hope all continues to go well. Im feeling pretty good on the third day after.

  • Find the post for March Surgery Buddies. I know your surgery is over, but we are still all there to support eachother before and after. Glad things are moving forwad and I hope your swallowing improves and pain decreases. Rest, but still try to enjoy this weekend!
33yo mom of two. My surgical history...preadolescence scoliosis, kyphosis, and a hot mess.... 5 spine surgeries and lots of items added I wasn't born with (titanium, peek, surgical steel). Guess cremation is out. TSA loves me.
