Has anyone tried this diet?

edited 06/27/2013 - 8:11 PM in Alternative Treatments
Hey all,

I came across this diet plan and was wondering if anyone else has tried it.
Though I read a lot of positive reviews about it on the internet, I’m still a bit sceptical. Does it really give you the results that they promise? Really curious so if you’ve tried this one, let me know! fat-loss-factor diet ** Edited to remove link to website***

    So I looked it up.

First of all, the Master Cleanse portion is probably NOT helpful for helping your body recovery from injury. And any form of severe calorie restriction is also not good for helping your body recover from an injury.

As a rule, if I have to pay for a specific "diet" I consider it bunk. You can learn how to eat without paying someone for it and, in terms of weight loss, if any of those things actually worked, the person who invented it would be a gajillionaire by now.

I have found that it is important for me to eat "clean" and I feel better when I do and my symptoms are less when I take care of myself with diet. And I try to eat foods that promote tissue repair and reduce inflammation. But that's all information that is available for free. :)
