hello I am 21 year old male from europe country named Slovak Republic,I am 6ft and about 160lbs

no one ever properly cared for me my whole life,I live with my grandparents.... theres number of medical problems I have becose my parents didnt done nothing

I was PC gamer since 5 years old, when I was 16 my grandparents kicked me out of house and send me to my mentaly ill mother that cant even take care of herself and lives in catastrophic dirty ruin of a house with bunch of animals in place where I had no friends

this event ruined my life becose even trough before I was playing PC games little too much,I was also getting plenty excersise and was out moving all day every day,all the bad luck in my life was putting heavy burden on me and I was put in state of heavy permanent depression,I lost all friends and was only sitting playing games and browsing internet for 5 years

this completly ruined my back,my back is curved all wrong and the muscles are at certain places nearly non existent

last 6 months I began experiencing severe tinnitus, muscle twitching and some kind of hard to describe heart arrhythmia and little dificulty breathing when laying on one side when trying to sleep.

Two and half month I decided to change my life and fight for better future, stopped playing all games and minimized sitting, learned healthy diet and excersise daily with lots of walking

I am now running from doctor to doctor becose the healthcare system in my country is in ridiculous state, its I think worst in europe, you probably not even know what slovak republic is,the economy is horror, and healthcare is like something you would image from Uzbekistan,

needless to say I feel that I fight this fight alone, theres no proper doctor and equipment here to help me

today I saw rontgen pictures and the C2/C3 are too close together,I cant tell if the disc is damaged or the bone part or both, but I can tell you I have very loud ringing tinnitus noise in my head for half year,it makes me very sad and desperate I see no improvment even trough my better diet and excesising.

some people tell me that only surgery can fix it others tell me no,problem.... just eat alot calcium + vit d for the bone and alot aspic jelly for the disc I dont know who to believe.... sorry for the annoying long post, please help

also I can probably provide photos of that rontgen pictures so you all can see it

It's terrific that you are really trying to turn your life around and take positive steps for your health. Exercise can help with depression, whereas pain can make people depressed. Even with better health care, we still tend to go from doctor to doctor to try to find help. If nothing else, the exercise will improve your muscles and help support your body.

Keep pushing and taking care of yourself.

I am not depressed anymore,I am just extremly worried becose I have clearly damaged spine yet I am unsure what to do :( some say eat calcium and excersise others say that it cannot heal that I need surgery.... should I excersise and try to fix it only to waste money on calcium and make it even worse, should I just get surgery asap?
