Thoracic intense back pain help!

I know this is long but I NEED help. does anyone feel the same? If you you feel the same or can help PLEASE read this and give your opinion. It will be greatly appreciated!
I am a 17 year old female... In September of '12 I got into a car accident, I was hit from the back and pushed into the car in front of me... Ever since this accident I started immediately having upper back pains in my thoracic area. It felt like o was being stabbed and my back is really sore and tender. I got an MRI done and it was said that I have 2 herniated disks in t7-8 and t9-10. My back hurt insanely bad though so they put me on first 5mg but then uped it to 10 mg of oxycodone, and this medicine has been making my pain almost bearable. But, still, my back was in terrible pain. They said it should not hurt this bad and that it should go away with physical therapy. But that's the problem, that upper part of my back, mostly towards the left side and in between my shoulder blades, hurts so severely bad and has been increasingly getting worse. I also started noticing the pain radiating around my ribs and to my chest. The back and chest pain gets so bad that it hurts to breathe and even move. The main pain is my upper back though, mostly the left side. But my doctors keep telling me that my MRI shows that I shouldn't be having as much pain as I have. I do though. I have so much pain that I missed the whole first semester of my junior year. I tried to go back in January because my doctor said to and it's just so hard to handle. I apparently dont show my pain well so i have been trying to not only explain the pain more but show it more too. I only go to school for like 5 hours and I can't even handle that! I can't even sleep! I was also put on meds to try to sleep and they haven't even worked. All of this pain just keeps getting worse and worse, and none of my doctors know why or even try to see what actually is wrong. I can't move without intense pain. It just makes me feel like no one has ever felt the pain I do, so I need your help to hear opinions and suggestions!
I have tried medicine, physical therapy, 3 cortisone shots, therapy, and exercising. None of this worked. I have no clue what to do now because my doctors do not know why i hurt this bad because they say thoracic herniated disks shouldn't hurt this bad and the pain just won't get better...!
My mother and I are calling everywhere to try to find a doctor or place that could even try to help. Today we went to a nerve doctor and I got x rays to check for some herniated disk disease and blood drawn to see if something's wrong there...
Help please, I don't know what to do or try anymore...

I am still learning about this whole thoracic back pain. Car accident in Nov, 2011 and has only become worse over the last 15 months. T7-8, 8-9, 9-10. 1st MRI was 7-8,9-10. Had another done a few mos later and they either missed 8-9 or it also herniated. 1 anti inflamitory epidural and another set of injections at T1-4 to check on the possibility of nerve ablasion. New doc and another injection this friday. The doc will go right in at 10. Last doc went in at 3 and let "gravity" take the medication down. Not sure if gravity will work to pull the medication down or if it did and the next one will be useless as well. Unfortunatly I am not real optimistic. It really wears on you. I feel your frustration and unfortunatly cant help but your not the only one and its not your immagination. It really does suck.
