Was doing some internet research and stumbled onto the forums. I am still learning about this whole thoracic back pain. Car accident in Nov, 2011 and has only become worse over the last 15 months. T7-8, 8-9, 9-10. 1st MRI was 7-8,9-10. Had another done a few mos later and they either missed 8-9 or it also herniated. 1 anti inflamitory epidural and another set of injections at T1-4 to check on the possibility of nerve ablasion. New doc and another injection this friday. The doc will go right in at 10. Last doc went in at 3 and let "gravity" take the medication down. Not sure if gravity will work to pull the medication down or if it did and the next one will be useless as well. Unfortunatly I am not real optimistic. It really wears on you. Medications stop working rapidly, Flexeril never worked, Valium was great but I built up a tolerance. On Zanaflex now and it is starting to lose its effectiveness. Never worked as good as Valium. 7.5/325 oxy/Tylenol became 2 every 4 hours. Off them now for a couple weeks but hurting all the time. Massage today was temporary. Tired.
