had C 3/6 C 6/7 done about 24 days ago. doing well except just wondering if their were any LOWER BODY EXECRISE I COULD DO SAFTLY!!! I just don't want to screw anything up! I don't want to gain alot of weight either.I have a hard collar on so is really hard to do anything. seams like I could do some leg execrises but just not sure....... any suggustion????
