Pain after car shunt

Hi, I had 2 level ACDF c4c5c6 18months ago and today I went into the rear of a car, at slow speed, enough to do some damage to both cars but mostly or all cosmetic ..but there was a jolt and I am in extra pain this evening across the top of my back and shoulders accompanied by nerve pain down my arms. Do you think anything could have been undone or I am just suffering a reaction as my nerves in those areas are sensitive anyway after the damage pre op? C3/c4 are known to be worn too although not enough for surgery at the time of my last op or near future.
also, is it usual to have clicking and slight discomfort at the disc replacement site as I have been having that in the last few months when turning?
