severe neck pain

i am experiancing severe neck pain with aching shoulder my right arm aches all the time i ev got tingling in my thumb and next 3 fingers. The pain is searing and burning. My right arm aches and feels weak seem to keep dropping cups. I feel tired and have started getting headaches as well as struggling to sleep as i just cant get comfortable. This started middle of January. After 6 weeks of severe pain and struggling with work i couldnt take any more and went to the Doctors. i had an MRI it states c3/4 right sided uncinate joint hypertrophy with narrowing to right c4 nerve root. Also c4 /5 right lateral oaestophyte narrowing right c5 nerve root canal. My g.p referred me to neurosurgey. I ev been and they say i ev been referred to wrong place. i should ev been referred to spine centre. I 'ev been taking naproxen 2 x daily. I still dont really know how and when this will get better. i have been off work for the past 5 weeks and still dont feel like its getting much better i'm a nurse and i am getting pressure from work asking when i will be back i dont know what to tell them at work how long it will take to get back to my job. i feel so frustrated. Any advice
