left calf pain

I am having this mild pain in my left calf muscle for around a week now.It causes discomfort while walking or resting.It increases when i lie down for sleeping in the night.Sometimes the pain occurs in the back of my left thigh also.

Can you please advice me on what should i do about this?

    Sounds like early signs of mild sciatica to me. You should see a doc about this ASAP and try to curb it before it gets any worse!
