myelogram results

My myelogram showed lordosis, spinal stenosis , disc hernaitions of c3-7 pressing on my nerves. I have an appt with an othropedic surgeon tommorrow .

  • The test is worth it when you get results that can be used for your benefit.
My CT mylos showed three nerve root compressions that my MRI did not.
The CTs are more invasive plus the radiation but I feel they are worth it.
    Good luck with the surgeon.
  • Thanks. The os didnt think my herniation were severe enough for surgery . he reccomended I see a neurologist . He did think my lumbar required surgery . He said I needed an updated myelogram on my lumbar since mine is 5 yrs old and then he will schedule surgery on my lumbar since conservative methods failed .
