a few questions about sciatica.

im wondering... could epidual or spinal block cause sciatica? or the birth of a baby can cause it? reason im asking is that i began to have sciatica pain right after the birth of my daughter... i had those shooting pain down from my butt to my thigh.. sometime i cant even walk and had to sit in such strange position to feel painfree. Sleeping is hardest of all especially now when i'm 39 weeks pregnant with my son. I have sciatica, carpal tunnel, and muscle spasms that i was told wasn't from sciatica but was from being pregnant (if that even make sense). so here i am... 1 30am in the morning wondering how in world can i go sleep if i lay on my back, my leg screams... on my right side my wrist screams and on my left my back muscles spasms began to do their thing that just about to kill me. impossible lol.

im hoping that after the birth of this child my carpal tunnel and muscle spasms would go away (they should be since they are related to my pregnancy) ... but everyone told me that theres no cure for sciatica and it wont go away. i read around and seem like it does disappear but quite often it comes back. that is not good news to me since im a mother of 2... soon 3 children. i dont like to use medication. im more of natural type of person. so heres my last question... how do one live with the horrible pain of sciatica? i cant really stay in tub all the time lol.

*sigh* im just plain tired of all those pains. especially sciatica nerve pain! they really does get in the way of my functionity. i cleaned kitchen today which is a huge thing but theres still so much things to do and i cant do anymore. it hurts too much. i have to sit but i cant sit for long so i have to stand for a bit then i need to lay down then i have to sit. argh! its really is all ridiculious! i could use all those energy, and time to be productive rathar than trying to be comfortable and yet here i am... struggling to find just one comfortable position so i could rest.

p.s. sorry if my grammar and spelling sucks. i am tired. lol
