middle back pain, lower back pain, little toes with no movement

I injured my back at work last april 2012 and ever since then I have shown the following conditions: Middle back burning pain, lower back burning pain, right side hip pain and my 2 little toes on my right foot are completly with no movement. I've been on workers comp. ever since and I have had MRI's done with negative results, an EMG and shots in my lower back with no success in eleminating my pain in the affected areas. The workers comp. have neglected to let me see a neurologist due to the fact that when on saw me last September, He wanted to run an EMG test I had tow weeks prior to my visit. I showed him my toes and asked him what was the reason for them not to move and said there was som sort of nerve damage...but later on he retracted from that statement and said he didnt find anything worng with me. I feel hopeless and frustrated, I want to leave a normal live again...I'm not crazy, my pain and physical condition is real. If there is anyone with a similar condition, please advise me..I have lawyers defending me but all they say is that if the WC is providing medical treatment then I need to wait for them to take their sweet time to help me. Please..anybody with tips would be greatly appreciated.
