New here!

Hello all! I hope this day finds you well :)
My name is Jenny, & I am 26 yrs old. I have
3 wonderful & active boys-8yrs, 7yrs, & 15 months old. I came here seeking advice, & tips,
and to meet people who are going through the same as I am, & hopefully to make some new friends :)
To make it short, I have a very bad neck, and a bad back - which isn't too very bad as of now.
I posted in my profile what exactly is wrong with my neck and back.
Thanks! :D

  • Bless you! 3 boys, I know you are NEVER bored. I am 6 years older than you and also have kids, a 5yo son and a 3yo daughter. Spine issues and mother hood can really be a lot to deal with physically as well as emotionally. Glad you found our forum, I've met friends here, and found lots of support. Welcome!
33yo mom of two. My surgical history...preadolescence scoliosis, kyphosis, and a hot mess.... 5 spine surgeries and lots of items added I wasn't born with (titanium, peek, surgical steel). Guess cremation is out. TSA loves me.

Hey everyone! 36 year old male. 8 yo son and 5 yo daughter. I am 11 days post op ALIF on L4-L5. Experiencing some back pain still but the radiating pain down the legs is gone. Is that normal? Anyway, glad to know that there's a place to share.
