ACDF - 6 1/2 weeks post op

Guess I'm doing OK, but always wondering if I'm doing too much. 6 1/2 weeks post op and pretty active. I started grooming my dogs and thinking about going to a dog show in 3 weeks. Is jogging around the ring to show 3 sporting dogs too much at 2 months after surgery after ACDF, C5 & C6?

Being 6.5 weeks post-op I would assume you are doing some longer walks by now?
Just to be safe consult with your physicians office and explain what you want to be able to do in the ring. Just be careful if you have to do any lifting so you don't herniate any more discs or do any other damage.
