I have herniated disk L5/S1 since October 2012. Did not work for 5 months, since I could not sit at all in first 3 months. Went back to work in March for 4 hours, as of today I am working 6-7 hours a day. I am trying to do this without surgery and so far, with much more ups than downs, getting better.
I would like to find out what worked for other people taking same path, and about supplements or herbs that they might find beneficial.
