Hi I live in england uk and Ihave mild bilateral forminal stenosis right formna touching nerve roots caused by torn leaking buling disc l4 l5 vertabrae bones l4 l5 rubbing together, constant muscle spasms from lower back to beging of knees, osteo arthritis and splintered bone sticking out of kneecap in right knee and bilateral sciatica. The daily medication I'm currently on is 400mg of fast release tramadol,600mg of lycria,100mg of narproxen,60mg of baclofen and 1oomg of slow release tramadol taken morning and at night. I'm in a lot of pain because of the stenosis and have had one esi to try and slow down the spasms so I could get out and about and walk better, but it failed and left me in even more pain for a few weeks. My pain clinic Doctor told me that my consultant who I'm seeing on Tuesday would proberly not bother giving me another esi as the last one failed and instead give me some new medication to help me walk better and to take away the pain. I was wnadering if anyone on here could tell me what type of medication Doctors usualy try next for people with my condition? Any help apriciated, thanks.
