the stress and strain of coping with your changed and displaced life, added complex-ly with the almightyheadslap of your new reality of existance? and its a recipe for troubles...
the intensity and range of emotions can and will be hard for you to assimilate and learn from..it is simply overwhelming!
now is the time to set your foot and mind down to this one idea..
thjis will pass.
you will get somewhat used to the sensation of pain,, in other words you toloration level will adjust, as will the mind to the new paradigm.

you cant wish it, want nor should you try to get that back..

mosquitos buzzing, ants biting,hot/cold always uncomfortable in life and rest

you are always in control, no matter what
even when you cant stand yourself
or the constant attention craving beast is tugging your every waking thought
that is the nature of the beast
you can never be rid of the sensation
it wears you down and out
normals dont feel this ( ime not making an us vs them statement, this is not the issue k?)
that leads to a perverse arrogance(you cant , wont understand what ime going through) not the way to grow.
the agonist wont go away, it wont fix, it wont stop and wont let go of your psyche 24/7
you lose sleep, coz of pain
you go 5 stages coz of pain
you get depressed coz your not sleeping'then angry coz your worn, then sad coz you dont sleep
its a viscous cycle.
how you cope is yours to decide.
wont heal all things, but it takes the sharp edges off, and you need to survive long enough to get there.
the more you educate yourself to the condition? the more tools you have to fight
the less fear plays a factor
the more you study the very "nature" of your personal beast, the less intimidating it will be
the less you fear the more power over your life you regain
right now , the beast is roaring outside the door and the door seems weak, but the beast feeds on your fear,
this aint the Alamo, and you dont have to pull that out of your hat.
its ok to back up
its a tactical and psychological withdrawal, so that you CAN continue the fight! which is what your here for
going head to head is not always the best idea, but study, learn and apply those lessons and the door wont rattle
learning silences the beast to a low growl, so soon you can sleep at nite
and soon youll open the door and realise the beast is a low slinking,lurking shadow, harmless butr for the darkness.

pain and depression is not an easy matter,m there is so many facets to this that one small post wont cover, but ive touched on some.
you dont have to fear anymore
the Angels here can will and do come running when you call, and will drop everything upon hearing one of their own is in trouble.
