I read posts from so many new members indicating that their doctors say there is not much they can do to help.
My take, is that there is always some doctor , formal or informal medicine that can provide you with some relief.
You may need to seek a second opinion to make sure that another set of eyes sees your condition the same way.

When ever a disc is impinging on a nerve root, that has always been something surgeons want to correct sooner than later. Leaving an impinged nerve too long, could result in a dead nerve. But that is something to discuss with your doctor.

Besides the traditional medicine, there are so many other options to be explored:

    • - Acupuncture
      - Aqua Therapy
      - Massage Therapy
      - Aroma/Music/Relaxation Therapy
      - etc
Do not leave any stone unturned when it comes to getting to the bottom of your problem and what can be done about it. Its extremely rare to hear that Nothing can be done....
