I'm curious about the procedure and if anyone has had it done. My Dr says that my pain is coming from lax ligaments and prolotherapy could be a possibility if my condition doesn't improve in a couple weeks. If anyone has any experience with the procedure or know anyone please let me know. I understand how the procedure works and it actually makes sense to me. The ligaments only try to heal when they are strained, and your ligaments only try to heal themselves for about a month, (most people think they herniated a disc so the therapy we all try immediately doesn't help and possibly makes it worse) so this procedure just starts the natural healing process in ligaments and tendons but does it in a controlled manor. Please feel free to let me know what your experiences may have been
