help for severe low back pain with shooting pain down back of right thigh in person with spina bifid

my low back absolutely kills me pretty much constantly,very rarely do i have day without pain. i as you saw have spina bifida myelomeningocele (please feel free if you wanna message me or anything to learn more about it or just wanna talk) and have a neurosurgeon but since last detethering didnt help pain much and have lots of trouble healing he decided to not do anymore detetherings for me. so even if thats whats is causing my extreme pain the surgery is out of the question i think :-\ my pain management doctor has me on-neurotin 900mg in morning,1,200mg at noon,900mg in evening,methadone for pain 15mg every 6 hrs,baclofen 10mg 3x day,flexeril 1-2x day as needed hydrocodone/apap 5/325mg every 6+8hrs as needed (but dont even work an ounce anymore) i try hot baths and that works for as long as im in there then pains right back again,i try heating pads and they work a little but again pain comes right back afterwards,i try laying down in bed for awhile but that dont work much either i tried talking to pain management doc and she said she dont want to change meds but i got prescription for physical therapy finally and first appt is scheduled for august 5th at 8:30am. please can someone help at all? thanks! have a great night! :-) <3
im miranda,im 19,have spina bifida,have severe chronic low back pain,hydrocephelus w/ vp shunt,and have to be always in a wheelchair because i cant walk more than like 5 seconds at one time.
