Spinal decompression?

Will I need to have corrective surgery for this or will something like chiropractic treatment suffice? I have 30% compression in my T12 and L1, and in order to join the US military they only allow up to 25% compression.

  • I am no expert but from what i know from personal experience
Compression gets worse over time. I now have nerve damage from compression and am hoping that the decompression surgery (lamenectomy) will stop the progression and possibly reverse the damage to the nerves in my spine.
    Hope this helps a bit
