Looking for info on Butrans patch

I have read and understand the manufactures info regarding Butrans. I am looking for personal insight. I would like to hear about side effects and reactions to this patch. I am currently using the patch, third week on 5mg. I have agreed to try the patch because I need continuous pain relief. I am noticing a relief in pain but also noticing some side effects. I am interested in what others have experienced while using the patch. I always like to way the benefits verses the side effects. This may help me to decide whether I continue with the patch or go back to my old meds and good old fashion mind over matter. I had a lumbar 360 double fusion three years ago and still suffer from lower back pain and nerve damage. I have been very conservative over the years with medicating. I spend a lot of my time talking myself through the pain. I redirect my thoughts and activities to try to outlast the pain. I am finding it harder and harder to manage this is what as led me to the patch. Advice and options very welcome. Please know I would never change meds without talking to my doctor. I have a very good and understanding relationship with my doctor we have been together form several years.
