would like your opinions please

Hi there I have posted on here before but would like to know what some of you think my pain could be something happened to my back while at work 14 months ago I went to bend down , went to see a doctor in out of hours at hospital and said sciatica I chose to have ostiopath at home and very slowly got a bit better but still had pain on and off had spells of it better and really bad since then but the last 3 months it's been mostly bad I'm waiting to see orthopedic in September the thing is it doesn't start till I get up in the mornings and now spend most of the days with heat pad and laying down nearly all day it will wear off late afternoon's and then be ok till the next morning it's my lower left back and buttock and the side of my thigh burns stings sharp pains vibrating pain all different pain that gets so intense I sweat and get headache till it dies down a bit I only take ibuprofen doctor has given me stronger tablets but amtoo scared to take them because of side affects I am also scared of hospitals that's why I have left it so l8nguyen am now worried what it could be have had this so long and seams to be getting worse but only starts once I'm out of bed after about an hour it's starts and builds up really bad any idea's what anyone think this could be am really worried , please no horror story's very scared , thank you.

  • How many specialists have you seen? You could have strained you muscles and not had proper rehab and now it's constantly in spasm and impinging nerves. Sciatica can be caused by a tight piriformus. I would go and see a chiropractor or sports medicine doctor. Don't immediately think it's coming from the spine until you get someone to examine you first. Good luck!
