i injured my back weightlifting last week. first few days after the injury i had very intense cramps/burning on my right glute (sciatica). it was it this point i decided to go to the local clinic. after a visible diagnosis i was informed to have a bulging disc. he suggested i stay on my feet most of the time with no lifting, sitting, twisting or bending.
so for the last few days i have been on my feet and occasionally hanging from a pull-up (10seconds) bar trying to decompress my spine, it has worked very well to the point the sciatica is gone after a few hours and can only feel slight pinches when i bend too far.
what i wanted to know is if it sounds like my disc is being pulled back into place. I still have a good amount of pain in the morning when getting up though.
