I had a MRI scan in February and then saw my muscular skeletal consultant who told me I had 3 herniated discs in L3/4, L4/5 & L5/S1 and C5/6. She told me that they were leaning to the left and would send me for physio. When I got appointment for physio they said they would not touch me due to neurological symptoms. I have had previous surgery on C/6/7. I asked for a copy of the scan/radiology report from February and when I received it..it said that the C5/6 was touching the spinal cord, L4/5 had an annular tear and that a benign tumour had been found in T4 vertebral body. I was never informed about any of this! I am now at the end of my tether with pain in middle back and I am meeting defensiveness and hostility from the MS consultant who tells me it was her clinical judgement not to tell me about the tear, touching of the cord and tumour as they mean nothing!! Please can someone tell me, if all these needed to be followed up, as I am in agony and getting no where!
