Hello everyone!!! I am 3 weeks post op from a 360 fusion and decompression at L5S1. I had dysplastic spondy grade 3 and the nerve pain was debilitating. I tried conservative treatment for two years with no avail. I am a competitive jump roper at the world level and it is very hard not being able to compete or jump but I am very hopeful this surgery has helped. I have no more pain in my legs which is amazing. I wanted to join the forum because I am younger and want to feel less alone in this whole ordeal!
