Hi Everyone!

I joined a few days ago when I noticed the forums on the spine health site. I used this site extensively when researching everything I could prior to my surgery. Too bad I didn't notice the forums until now.

Surgery date: June 10, 2013
Age: 50. (49 at surgery - ha)
Condition: Isthmic Spondylolisthesis Grade 2 laying down, Grade 3 standing
Procedure: ALIF and PLIF for L4-L5-S1, 2 cages and 2 rods.
Meds: I got off all meds 2-weeks after surgery, couldn't handle the side effects. I just take Tylenol when it gets bad and take a nap.
After therapy: started water therapy 2-weeks ago.
Major limitations: sitting

I'm really looking forward to getting to know some of you guys and comparing notes etc. My doctor is top notch but I must admit his staff really doesn't tell me anything unless I ask specifically. Guess they forget since they deal with the same stuff day in and day out.

Isthmic Spondyliothesis Level II - III
ALIF/PLIF L4-L5-S1, 2 cages, 2 rods, 6 screws (6/10/2013)
