hip replacement and sciatica nerve exercises

I had total hip replacement on the right hip two months ago and I am just curious to find out if these exercises are ok for me to do.

and after 6 weeks I was able to return to any of the back/cervical exercise including those for nerve without any problems.
It was still a bit slow getting down to the floor and up from the floor though.
And I had to avoid any 90 degree bend with my hip/leg/knee. but now about 20 months later, I have no restriction.
