  • Welcome to Spine Health.

Can I suggest that you make a post introducing yourself in the New Members section.
It can be found if you click on the Pain Forums button at the top of this page.
Once you do that, lots of different areas will show up and near the top is one for New Members.
Then you can start another thread there.
When introducing yourself, it is helpful if you tell us what your back/spine problems are. (lumbar/neck/thoracic?)
How long have you had this?
    What are your symptoms?
    What tests have you had?
What treatments have you already tried?

Then if you have any questions you can ask them.

If we know about you and what your problems are it will be easier to help you and share our experiences with you.

Looking forward to getting to know you better. :-)
