I use a heated massager for back pain, for the past few years I have been working 2 office jobs and sitting for long periods of times sometimes over 10hours has created back pain that comes and goes..at home if I am watching TV I would sit there on my heated shiatsu back massager for 30-60minutes. It really has helped, has anyone also find a massager to help?
