  • I'd move carefully with cold laser surgery. It's still fairly new and can cause old injuries to flare up. I saw an ortho doc in February and he discussed my scar tissue. He indicated that any procedure to reduce the amount of scar tissue will lead to more scar tissue in the long haul.

If I were you, I'd look for a reputable PM doc and see what they can do for you. I don't know what state your from but here in KY, doctors are now very restricted about prescribing pain medications. My PM moved his office to Indiana in order to continue treating patients the way he wants, not the way the State of KY wants. I really think if you find a good PM, it will improve your pain level.

Also, as you can see, the Spine Health moderators deleted part of your post. Keep in mind, they are not trying to be mean, but the forum does restrict naming specific doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, etc. They are just protecting the site from potential legal issues. If you are in KY, feel free to PM me and I'll pass along some other specific info for you.
