god only gives you as much as you can handle!

  • Have you tried trigger point injections into your neck and back muscles? Since you are sensitive to medication, this might help. Recently, I went to see a new neurologist who diagnosed me with tension headaches: basically headaches from tight neck and back muscles. He prescribed amitriptyline to control the headaches. So far, this medication has not given me any side effects and I am also very sensitive to any type of medications. I remember being on Ultram and hallucinating and vomiting. That was such a nightmare! Always get different opinions on your situation. Good luck!

  • I think your SCM (sternocleidomastoid) muscle might be spasming and causing your dizziness and eyes burning. If and when you get the trigger point injections, have them do that muscle, too. Research on the internet this muscle and you will get a whole bunch of information on symptoms from having trigger points there. You can even try massaging it and see if symptoms change. Good luck!
