Woke up last night to go to work and it felt like I was laying on a ball (I was laying on my back) in my lower back on the right. I thought I was maybe laying on a pillow. Nope. Nothing there.
Tried sitting up and it took everything in me to get up. Not because I was weak but because it felt like someone was legit stabbing me with a dull knife right where I felt like I was laying on a ball.
I finally sat up and had tingles in all my toes (NEVER had that before, even before surgery). Also, instantly had a terrible headache.
Anyway, I finally got it somewhat under control with Tylenol 8 hour (I had to go to work or it would have been straight percocet and a muscle relaxer)
Have any of you had this feeling? Ideas? Thoughts? Relief techniques?
