  • Yes I guess we're old school now. Hope you guys are doing well and thanks for replying. I have so much catching up to do. SpineHealth always feels like home dont it? I finally am adapting to having a job and juggling everything else now that I'm a single mom. And doing my best to take care of myself while living with CP. I have to schedule another ESI for my neck next month or so. I knew I couldnt let my new problems get me down. Was used to my lumbar issues and now this. My L3-4 had an annular tear last year which was no surprise since it's typical to suffer deterioration on adjacent segment that are next to fused ones. Anyway how has these last 2 years been for you Ron & Cath?
