Stim now towards the sternum?

Almost three weeks post op and now the stimulation seems to be focusing in the front and not the back. Turned it on and had to off it within seconds. For the next hour or so it felt like I had a lump just under my solar plexus and a hard time breathing.

This is really the first trouble I have had from the device, in fact it is also the first time it has told me to charge soon. I have been having some pretty bad shoulder pains, but I think that is unrelated and I just slept on it wrong.

What would cause such a thing? Migration?
