I have had back pain for many years now. I can still function, but it is annoying. Apparently there is not much to do but to strengthen the muscles. However, I figured out that cracking the back helps to relieve the pain a bit, but I think this is not so healthy and it also just holds on for a short time. I painted my pain on and it looks like in the picture. Does anyone have similar kind of pain? What helps you?
