When I reherniated I had muscle spasms that seriously dropped me. Worst pain ever....Valium didn't even begin to touch it but the steroids helped quite a bit. Hopefully it is just a sprain and taking it easy will clear it up.

  • Hi Rose. You have been through so much and kept good spirits. I had a fusion in July and still have nerve pain. I take lyrica, but i feel like this. My body has been through so much trama that I will give it more time before I do any injections. I spasm, have nerve pains, random spasms. Each. Time i just think it has only been 3 months and my body is still healing even though i feel so much better. Good luck. Take it day by day. My surgeon does not believe in steroids.
