New Member Introduction

Hello Everyone,
Just joined this forum to enlighten myself in getting support for my back problems.

I have been dealing with LB pain for more than 10 years. I was in treatment by GP with pain relievers / muscles relaxants. Two years back I was suggested to go to Chiro and the diagnosis was DDD and Scoliosis. I went through treatment and was told to continue core strengthening exercises to get relief from LB pain. On recent recurrence of pain I again went to Chiro and diagnosis was same DDD, Scoliosis. I am going through adjustments for little more than a month. This Chiro is suggesting to go through for nearly a year treatment - 3x for 6 months than 2x for 3-4 months and than once a week. (I read somewhere on site this as RED flag) I did not have any surgery for this pain.

I did not have pain going down my leg before starting with this Chiro. SInce last two weeks I started having pain on my RH thigh (front side) and then in Knee. I informed the Chiro and he informed me that it is because of my multiple problems - DDD, Scoliosis with the spine.

Now I am bit confused in continuing the treatment.

I would appreciate comments from the valuable member of this forum.

Thanking all in advance
