Hey there everyone... so this may seem like a dumb thing to ask, because of course getting better and healthy is the most important thing...
Long story short, I had my first baby 3 months ago and had a MicroDisc 4 weeks ago. Now obviously i am more overweight than i normally am (im about 20lbs more than my normal weight) and i cant workout except my daily walks since i had back surgery.
Now normally iwouldnt care and i would just lose weight when im back to being able to do more excercises...however i have 2 reasons im hoping to speed this up...well 3 reasons.
#1 - im getting married in March (4 months), and i already have my dress that i bought when i was 20 lbs lighter. i also have to get it altered at least 2 weeks prewedding.
#2 - its bad for my back to be 20 lbs heavier than normal
#3- i have no clothes...im stuck in sweat pants and it sucks. lol
Now i know the most obvious thing is to diet, which ive tried for 2 weeks and my weight hasnt budged even an oz! i dont know what else to do.... any advice? what diets/foods are good?
any help would be awesome
Also, do you all think its safe to get married just 5 months post microd? i ask because i will obviously be standing/sitting all day/night not to mention id love to dance some... does that sound safe or unrealistic?
