So much for hope.....

I went in for my rhyzotomy test shot today. The radiologist looked at my last CT scan and found a transverse fracture under where my last screw is inserted from surgery last year. The fracture was not there on my 2012 CT scans. He said the radiologist that read my scan missed it somehow. What?!?!? I'm freaking out. Anyone have this happen? I haven't fallen or had any kind of injury in the last year. I'm waiting to hear from my surgeon after the radiologist calls him. Any chance this will heal on it's own? Wishful thinking?
