14 yrs old Neck popped now can't move

I was getting dressed one for school yesterday and my neck popped very loudly and immediately there was a lot of pain. Now I it has limited movement and hurts to move in retain direction and since it's the right that hurts I'm compound sting for the pain by leaning my head to the left.
Thanks in advance ! I could really use the help...

    If you are having difficulty moving your neck or holding your head upright, you need to tell your parents so that they can take you to the doctor to be seen. It may be a simple muscle pull or not but there is no way for us to know that so it may need to be evaluated by a doctor.
