New member - not new to back pain

Hi -

I'm not new to back pain, have had various back pain for at least 10 years. I've also been lurking for a long time with a lot of helpful advise. I just had Spine surgery on December 2nd and hoping to learn, help to provide support where/when I can, and just be able to converse with others with spine pain.

Here is something you should read first How to get started with Spine-Health

That will give you alot of hints and tips on how to use these forums. One of the first things we tell all new members is to provide us with as much information as possible. Doctors involved, surgeries, what, where, medications, treatments, etc

Think of the member community here as detectives. The more information you give them the better than can be at solving a case. Without information, that might wonder around not seeing anything helpful
