I've been wearing a CPAP machine for about 10 years now. While I understand the benefits in using one every night and I understand the dangerous path one can take without using it.
A few years ago, a famous professional football player, Reggie White died. One of the causes was his sleep apnea and not using the equipment/

I've tried all sorts of various equipment with CPAP machines. I hated the full mask, tried a nasal approach which did not help. Recently, I switch to a nasal pillow that just seat inside your nose, very much like the Oxygen nose catheter that they give yo in the hospital. That doesnt bother me at all. I love sing my headphones at night going to bed. These nasal pillows allow me to wear my headphones.

I was recently give a new set of nasal pillows as a test. These new ones, you dont even know its in your nose, no noise, no discomfort, etc

    BUT, I STILL HATE IT...............
