l4/L5 through to S1

Hi Ive suffered severe pain for 3 years now can't work as declared unfit I have popped pills solid and tried pain management classes, I have just started a CBT home study course to treat myself then eventually help others. Manage there pain to the best if there ability.

I'm in to see Spine Dr on 14th january I have exhausted all treatment tablets, spinal injections non surgical I now believe the next step is surgery however my whole pelvic area is sore just light finger pressure on lilac causes pain guess what I'm saying is sacrolatic pain too Is this pain coming from L4/L5

Diagnosed DDD on L4/L5 MRI scan 2012
Injections l2/L3/L4/L5/S1 No help at all in 2013
Lots off new medication
Pain management
CBT Home study course

Other illnesses apart from DDD is I
Suffer Fibromyalgia and Cfs/M.E 2012/13
