lower back pain since 4 months

hello guys i am 18 years old boy i am having this backpain since 4 months , i went to 3 different doctors but they said it's just muscle strain and nothing more but i don't think so. this plain increases while i am sitting and while standing it's 90% gone i feel no pain in other parts of body i can walk and run properly ,could it be something disc related? its like living in hell right now :(
I only had x-ray doc did't recommended MRI pain does't come rapidly it's always paining although sitting increases it very too much usually if i sit without backsupport i cannot sit more than 15-20 minutes with back support maybe an hour or so without a break , i doubt doctors here are't taking it seriously , i am doing lower back exercises since 15-20 days have't noticed any change in pain , please help?

EDIT I had problems since I was a teen and now am bedridden at 51 with severe spinal stenosis. Doctors assume because you are young you will get over of quick. You are having the same symptoms I had at 17.

  • [GOOD NAME !]
I would go to see a consultant privately if I were you ..my daughter was 14 .slim fit and complained of constant back pain and it sounded like what you're suffering .the doctors told her that it was just ;;growing pain !!; so her mum took her to see an orthopaedic consultant and after an MRI she had a slight bulge at L5 ..so its worth getting another opinion .she is now 18 and still has back pain now and again ..she has seen my life has been destroyed through back pain/operations .so if you can avoid operations I would ..{an operation is normally done to free up space in the spinal canal..{laminectomy .discectomy} or to strengthen a weak spine {that's known as a fusion .ALIF [anterior ..from the front ..lumbar ..lower back....interbody .fusion ..to bond together } or PLIF posterior from the rear ..I have had ALIF it was horrible and I have also has my back opened up twice .so I have scars front and rear ..and I am still in pain and unable to do many things ..SO DONT RUSH IT TO SURGERY THINKING THAT YOU WILL BE CURED its highly unlikely .also try to keep off strong pain killers ..they are amazing at first ..no pain but after a few months you will need more and more and the pain reduction will be less and less ..its a bad situation to be in and you need expert advice so you don't make any bad decisions ....many of my friend on here will chime in with their opinions I suggest that you listen to them ..between us we have hundreds of years experience ..I wish you look and proceed with caution ..what you may do now will affect you later on in life and you are only very young ..you could try a TENS machine that won't do you any harm .and they are relatively cheap ..have a look on amazon the Omron range are good and not the cheapest but far from the most expensive ..there are lots of information on this site regarding TENS ..if you want to chat to me please feel free to contact me on here or facebook under Anthony beer .look for the pink Floyd dark side of the moon logo ..that's me !
